Thanks to advancements in technology, it's becoming more common for foreign companies to hire talented individuals from overseas. Recently, we've noticed a growing trend where many foreign companies are hiring employees from Taiwan and planning to have them work remotely in Taiwan, contributing to tasks like expanding the company's presence in the Asian market. In such situations, there might be potential issues related to compliance with Taiwanese laws for these companies. Today's vlog will discuss three common questions that foreign companies often inquire about from law firms before hiring Taiwanese employees.
