The directive transparent and predictable working conditions was transposed in Belgium and requires employers to inform the employees on certain core employment conditions. Specifically for Belgium, other legislation has entered into force over the last year requiring an update of employment documentation (employment agreement and work rules), f.i. allowing employers and employees to agree on a 4-day work week.
