91: On Friday, September 19, 2025, the White House issued a proclamation announcing a $100,000 fee for new H-1B petitions filed after 12:01 AM ET on Sunday, September 21, 2025 (the “effective date” of the proclamation). This vlog will cover the guidance of this proclamation and the individuals who are affected, as well as those who are not.
