The US Supreme Court decided three major decisions at the end of their term that will impact federal agencies and the regulations they issue in the very near future. The cases are Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo/Relentless Inc. v. Dept. of Commerce; SEC v. Jarkesy; and Corner Post v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board.
