In this episode, we discuss Decree No. 88 of 2023 regarding Guidelines for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the Workplace in Indonesia. This Decree was issued in May of this year, and provides follow-up guidelines on implementing regulation for the Sexual Harassment Law that was issued in 2022.
