In this episode, we discuss New Jersey's new marijuana law called New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (“CREAMMA”). In September 2022, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission issued interim guidance for employers on drug testing employees for cannabis. Today’s podcast will focus on how CREAMMA effects employers, and the procedures employers are expected follow.
